These include clocks using LED pattern LED lights, Flip digits, Plug in number segment, Numatron , Recycled pinball reels and the unique time machine All clocks are made from upcycled, repurposed 20th Century household items and industrial equipment.
This clock is an example of our "Time Machine" - It uses a unique LED display panel which we designed specifically for this clock. It features 44 full colour LEDs, arranged around the clock face to show the time and to also display many wonderful colourful display patterns. Each LED is capable of displaying over 16 Million different Colours, and we harness the power of these fantastic LED’s to create some amazing colourful displays on this clock.
FLIP DIGIT CLOCK
This Clock is an example of these wonderful Electromechanical Flip Digit 7 Segment displays. These work using electromagnetism and each segment physically moves, generating a rather satisfying 'click' noise.
PLUG IN NUMBER DISPLAYS
This Clock gives an example of our in-house designed “plug-in” 7 segment display boards. These are something we have designed and built ourselves from Scratch. Each ‘digit’ is a separate unit which plugs into a base board. This clock features 4 digits. Each digit consists of 25 Full Colour LEDs (capable of displaying more than 16million different colours), arranged into the popular ‘7 segment’ arrangement, which then allows us to display the numbers 0-9 and certain Letters from the alphabet.
